What it does
A generic, bring-your-own-assumptions valuation calculator for a growth-stage SaaS business.
As factors evolve over time, so does the valuation. NOTE: These valuations are guidance for enterprise value, i.e. exit valuations, not venture investment valuations.
Primary factors are ARR, ARR Growth Rate, and Net Revenue Retention. Under "Advanced", decide how much or little weight you'd like to give to each factor using coefficients.
